Organized tours
Visits to the local Dairy Farms can be organized for small
groups on demand.
The visit enables you to discover the secrets of cheese
production, from milk collection to its processing
and maturation.
A dairy man will take you along the various steps of an
age long tradition narrated by an expert ONAF taster (Cheese
Tasters National Organization). You will be guided in
the tasting of a selection of typical cheese accompanied
by a glass of good wine.
